Delivery Area & Excluded Countries

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, due to current international shipping restrictions and carrier policies, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:

Excluded Countries & Territories:
Åland Islands, British Indian Ocean Territory, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Congo-Brazzaville, French Southern Territories, U.S. Outlying Islands, Western Sahara, Iran, Afghanistan, Bolivia, and Qatar.

Shipping Method

We can provide three kinds of shipping methods depending on the estimated shipping time: Registered air mail,Priority line and DHL.
If you need special shipping method or need to send package to your China agent, please contact us at support@pleasurein.com.

There are two key factors which will affect the time you receive your items.

(1) Item processing time
After your order is received, our team conducts quality control (QC) checks and packaging.
- Standard/Small Quantity Orders: 1–3 business days.
- Bulk/Large Quantity Orders: 3–5 business days.
- Average processing time is approximately 2 business days, depending on stock availability.

(2)Shipping Warehouses & Fulfillment

To optimize delivery speed, orders are fulfilled from our nearest available warehouse based on inventory and destination:
- CN Warehouse: Shenzhen, China
- HK Warehouse: Hong Kong SAR
- U.S. Warehouse: United States (U.S. domestic orders)
- EU Warehouse: Madrid, Spain (Ships to DE, FR, ES, HU, PL, etc.)

Note: Delivery times are estimated in business days and do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to force majeure, extreme weather, customs inspection, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our store operates under a prepaid customs and taxes model (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout on your order invoice.

By prepaying these charges during checkout, your package will be cleared through customs smoothly and delivered directly to your specified address without any additional fees upon arrival. If local customs authorities unexpectedly contact you regarding fees, please reach out to our support team at support@pleasurein.com immediately for assistance.

Special Requests & Freight Forwarders
If you require a specific shipping method or wish to send your package to a shipping agent located in China, please contact our support team prior to placing your order at support@pleasurein.com.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier info will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package directly through the carrier's official website or via your Pleasurein.com account dashboard.
